How do I report issues or problems as an OPAN® customer?
Log in to OPAN® and click on the support icon (?) in the bottom right corner. Submit your request through our ticketing system. This way, you'll keep track of your request's status, and it won't get lost in an email inbox.

I don't remember my password.
First, use the "Forgot Password" function on the login page. If resetting the password doesn't work, contact support. Note that your account may be automatically locked after several failed login attempts.

How do I find the login screen?
On the main page, in the top right corner, you'll find a "Login" button. Select your user type.

I haven't received an email.
The email may have been marked as spam. Check internally if this could be the case. If you're a referrer, the email address might have been entered incorrectly. Contact the relevant recipient or support directly.

I want to create an additional user. How can I do this?
Create a ticket for our support. Log in to OPAN® and click on the support icon (?) in the bottom right corner. When support creates a new user, you'll receive an email with a link to set a password.
