This new digital tool for patient registration (e.g. for rehabilitation) fosters collaboration with our referring practitioners by providing streamlined communication channels. Referring agencies, relatives and prospective residents can see at a glance the care places, apartments and day care services currently available, and can start the application process straight away. Thanks to Domicil Bern's digital presence on the OPAN platform, applications can now be submitted around the clock – at any time of the day or night.

As a private Spitex service, we rely on the Opan platform to make it easy for referring agencies to see the areas in which we are active. This ensures that inquiries reach our Spitex in a targeted manner and additional clarification work can be avoided.
