Das Zentrum Schlossmatt Region Burgdorf ist spezialisiert auf die Langzeitpflege von Menschen (über und unter 65 Jahren) mit Mehrfacheinschränkungen, auf die Demenzpflege sowie auf rasche Notfallaufnahmen und Kurzaufenthalte zur Übergangs- oder Rehabilitationspflege. Als Institution mit dem Label «Qualität in Palliative Care» sind wir dafür ausgezeichnet, unsere Bewohnenden auch auf dem letzten Lebensabschnitt professionell und würdevoll zu begleiten. Unser Pflegezentrum verbindet alles unter einem Dach: Pflege und Therapien, ein Tageszentrum, ein Restaurant und eine Kita. Wir sind einer der grössten Arbeitgeber sowie Aus- und Weiterbildungsbetriebe der Region. Unser Standort befindet sich im familienfreundlichen Schlossmattquartier, umgeben von Wald, Wiesen und der Emme und in der Nähe der historischen Burgdorfer Altstadt.
