  • Who can register as a provider?

    Healthcare providers in outpatient and inpatient care can register as providers. Approved provider types include: Home care services, nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, psychiatric clinics, outpatient rehab & psychiatry, organizations in counseling & care, and freelance nursing professionals.

  • Why is registration recommended for referrers?

    Regular referrers benefit from extended functions of an OPAN® Management Account. This allows management of the customer account with multiple users, provides access to the backend and a dashboard for application and inquiry overviews. Additionally, the account supports case communication, individual notification settings, and provides usage statistics, significantly optimizing the workflow.

  • How much does OPAN® cost?

    Sending applications to providers via the OPAN® website is free. We offer various pricing models depending on the provider type. For referrers, especially hospitals or institutions using our interfaces or requiring a management account, separate pricing models apply. For detailed information about our offer, please contact us directly.

  • How long does it take to activate an organization?

    After your registration, we review your application and record your organization. Subsequently, you'll be appropriately supported and introduced by our support team. The entire process can vary in duration. However, our goal is to activate your organization as quickly as possible.

  • We offer multiple specializations, how should we proceed?

    Start the registration process. If you offer multiple specializations, a new organization must be created for each. We'll be happy to assist you with this step after registration during the first contact.
