How Search4Care Works
Fill out the request form. Relevant patient data can be pulled directly from the Hospital Information System—saving time and improving data quality.
Select suitable rehab clinics. Search & filter (region, specialty, earliest transfer date) enable targeted placement.
Send the request with required documents (e.g., medical reports, nursing documentation). All open requests appear in a central, filterable list with clear processing status.
Clinics receive bundled requests, review, and respond. Feedback such as “provisionally accepted,” “declined,” or “confirmed” appears in real time for all parties.
Once a clinic definitively confirms admission, the status updates automatically and all other open requests are cancelled—preventing bed blocking and enabling a smooth transfer.
