Night operations from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. are made on demand. (For example: quickly in palliative situations).
The services of the Spitex Sarganserland are supposed to delay, to shorten or to render unnecessary hospitalizations and home placings. For that we work very close with our clients, their relatives, doctors as well as with different health- and social services.
3 teams somatic care, 1 team psychiatric care, 1 team housekeeping and care, 1 palliative-care-group, wound-experts SAfW, pilot service (transfer planning to the Spitex) are there for you. A nursing professional FH in the quality assurance care as well as the responsible in the area education and in the administration support you as well as the employees of the Spitex. We are there for you as coordination point to organize other services.
A lot of people are affected by bladder weakness and need products, which are designed for this problem. Our specially trained incontinence-consultant shows opportunities which make it possible for people with incontinence to live their live without restrictions in their daily routine.
